At Bella Jules, we take great pride in our reputation for superior quality, excellent value and attentive service. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules for an easy exchange or return:
Bella Jules will gladly accept returns within 3 days of receiving date.
*ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITH A RECEIPT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT; CLEAN, UNWASHED, UNWORN, NO ODOR, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AFFIXED. TAGS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT OFF AND PINNED, OR SECURED BACK ON IN ANYWAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If the items are deemed returnable, you will be eligible for an exchange of equal value or a complete refund for the item(s) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your receipt. Please note that Bella Jules reserves the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet acceptable standards.
Returning shipped items:
1. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on-line, Bella Jules must be notified within 3 days of the original date the merchandise was received.
2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to Bella Jules without authorization cannot be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact Juli at firstname.lastname@example.org or 610-208-0600.
3. When you contact Bella Jules about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) which is to be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.

5. To complete your return or receive credit for an exchange, items must be postmarked within 3 days of the date your RMA number was issued.
6. As soon as your items arrive at the boutique, Bella Jules will promptly ship replacement item(s), issue store credit or provide a complete refund (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your original invoice.
7. Again, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume responsibility for all return shipping fees.
Items returned without a RMA number or postmarked after 3 days of the RMA issue date will be given store credit minus a 30% restocking fee.
Gift Card Purchase Returns:
If you wish to return an order purchased with a Gift Card, you will receive a Gift Card in the amount of the refund.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you find a defect please contact Juli at 610-208-0600 or email@example.com within 3 days of receiving purchase.
